Return & Refund Policy
Rivera International provides digital marketing and consulting services. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are subject to specific conditions.
*Service Cancellation*
Clients may request cancellation of services before the project or campaign has started. Once the work has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
*Refund Eligibility*
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
* The service has not yet started
* Payment was made due to a billing error
* Rivera International is unable to deliver the agreed service
*Non-Refundable Services*
The following services are generally non-refundable:
* Completed digital marketing campaigns
* Consultation services
* Advertising budget already spent on platforms such as Meta or Google
*Refund Processing*
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days through the original payment method.
